The Vistula Spit. They are testing one of the longest bridges in Poland

On the Vistula Spit project, tests and load trials are underway for the South Bridge, which will probably be ready for use in June. Construction works are also near completion on the North Bridge. Thanks to those swing bridges, which will open alternately when ships pass through, drivers will avoid traffic jams because they will not have to wait for a ship to pass through the channel.

The bridge over the Vistula Spit is one of the longest rotating structures of this type in Poland. Its total length is over 60 yards, the weight of the steel structure of the system with counterweight is approx. 550 - 560 tons.
