The movie Hatred about Volhynia Massacre available on Amazon

Prepare yourself for a sleepless night. When I went to see the movie Hatred, I thought I know everything about the events this picture is based on. I have heard that the film will show them without any censorship. However, I was not prepared for the absolute horror of those events.

If you ever asked yourself what absolute terror looks like, this is it.

The movie is graphic, but it does not go overboard. It does, however, touch your soul. If you ever asked yourself what absolute terror looks like, this is it. What makes it tough is that the terror is brought to you by the people you know well, your next-door neighbors, your spouse, or even your brother.

I don’t know why, it is an excellent and well-made movie which should have been shown in American theaters, but the film’s audio is in Polish with English subtitles. Still, to understand the trauma Poles experienced during the war, you should see it.
