„Solidarność” is coming to Luxembourg to a protest in front of the CJEU

The head of “Solidarność” (Solidarity), Piotr Duda, announced that on October 22, there will be a protest by union members in front of the seat of the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg regarding Turów mine and power plant. “We are going to the ‘injustice tribunal’ of the EU in Luxembourg to hand over our decision to close this tribunal. Just like the other party wants to close our workplaces, mining and power plants, taking away access to electricity,” he announced.

As trade unionists from Solidarity, not only from Solidarity, we must take our actions regarding these hard solutions, because the soft ones are over, said the head of Solidarity.

At the same time, the leader of “Solidarity” announced that an application to the prosecutor’s office was also being prepared, notifying about the suspicion that the vice president of the Court of Justice of the EU, Rosaria Silva de Lapuerta, committed a crime of endangering the life and health of the inhabitants of Bogatynia. The application is to be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office in the coming days.
