3,500 migrants on the border with Poland

New migrants appeared in the vicinity of the border crossing in Kuźnica on Sunday. The Podlasie Border Guard estimates that in total, it may be up to 4,000 people. The authorities were afraid of an attempt to cross the border by force. On Monday, the crowd of foreigners moved towards the border crossing.

Polish services claim that the regime spread a rumor among migrants that on November 15, buses would be provided, and Poland would allow them to transit to Germany. The reports were denied by both the Polish and German sides.

Migrants constantly try to cross the border illegally. About 50 people broke into Poland on Saturday. The Ministry of the Interior and Administration claims that all of them have been detained.

On Sunday, November 14, 118 attempts to illegally cross the border were recorded.
