EU is not helping with refugees, Poland may suspend payment of membership fees

The EU did not provide Poland with funds for refugees from Ukraine. Therefore, at the next government meeting, one of the governing coalition partners will propose to suspend the payment of membership fees.

"If the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, together with her Brussels officials are unable to find a source of funding for refugees, we will point them out specifically" - said minister Wójcik. - "Today there is a need to withhold either the entire contribution or at least part of it."
