On Wednesday, the US Air Force Command in Europe and Africa announced that six US F-22 Raptor fighters were deployed to Poland as part of NATO's "air cover" mission. The planes are already in Poland, as informed by the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak.
The F-22 Raptor will strengthen NATO's air shield in Europe. Their crews will also train with Polish pilots. Raptors will be stationed at the 32nd Tactical Air Base in Łask.
