The head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the chairman of the OSCE, Zbigniew Rau, came to Kyiv. Rau is to talk to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. There are also plans to meet the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
The head of Polish diplomacy came to Kyiv with a delegation from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, chaired this year by Poland. He is accompanied, among others, by OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid - said the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lukasz Jasina.
"The minister will also visit places where Russian war crimes have been committed in recent months," - Jasina added.
