Prominent politician in hot waters over suggestion that US blew up Nord Stream

On Monday, a gas leak from two Nord Stream gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea identified a Danish Air Force F-16. The leakage occurred at the Nord Stream 2 pipeline southeast of Bornholm and at two sites on the Nord Stream 1 pipeline northeast of Bornholm.

On Tuesday, former Deputy Minister of National Defense and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, currently a member of the European parliament Radek Sikorski posted on Twitter a photo of gas rising to the surface of the Baltic Sea and a note: "Thank you, USA."

"Radosław Sikorski certainly does not stand where the Polish government stands, which is why 'Solidarity Poland' party firmly demands from (former) Prime Minister Donald Tusk and from the Civic Platform party, to at least suspend, if not throw away this pest, which is Radosław Sikorski," said Deputy Minister of Climate and MP, Jacek Ozdoba.

According to MP Mariusz Kałużny, Sikorski's entry is widely used and quoted by Russians, including the state-owned news agency RIA Novosti, as well as by Russian politicians. Kałużny thinks that Sikorski should expect it.

"By committing such a tweet, Radosław Sikorski, as the former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as a politician, should know perfectly well what effects it will have." - Kałużny said.

"It is so scary that we are talking about the former foreign minister, about the European Parliament. Let us pay attention to the official entry of the Russian Federation, which refers to this tweet of Minister Sikorski, which was fully used in the context of today's information war. absolutely unacceptable, "- said MP Ozdoba.
