Ambassador Krzysztof Szczerski, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Poland to the UN, informed during an informal meeting of the UN Security Council that Poland has recently been the target of significant cyberattacks, mainly from behind the eastern border, (read Russia).
"In recent months, Poland has ... been the target of powerful cyberattacks, which were carried out mainly from behind our eastern border. Since the beginning of Russia's aggression against Ukraine, their intensity has increased significantly. It is our shared responsibility to spare no effort to accurately attribute all these attacks and bring cybercriminals to justice," – said the diplomat during a meeting of the Council.
