Niezalwzna(.)pl: According to the head of European Union diplomacy, Josep Borrell, training of Ukrainian pilots on F-16 multi-role aircraft has already started in Poland.
Before the G7 summit, Borrell was asked by journalists in what countries the F-16 training had started in he mentioned Poland.
Borrell also announced that countries donating weapons to Ukraine may apply for reimbursement from the European Peace Fund, which has been in operation since last year.
During the G7 summit in Hiroshima, the United States agreed to train Ukrainian pilots in the operation of American F-16 multi-role aircraft. The project was supported by UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark and Portugal.
