"We have evidence that the Russians were moving explosives and the necessary equipment needed to remotely detonate the Nova Kakhovka dam," - Andriy Yusov, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Intelligence Directorate (HUR), said today. The Ukrainian president announced on social media that the National Security and Defense Council had been convened.
