Did Donald Tusk's government know that Russia will invade Ukraine?

Niezalezna(.)pl: On March 21, 2008, Witold Jurasz sent from Moscow a cipher with a note with vital information from a conversation with a high-ranking representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that Putin, in response to political disputes over Georgia and Ukraine, intends to destroy Ukraine. There was even precise information from Jurasz that it would start with Crimea, and then Ukraine will be halved.

Sławomir Cenckiewicz, a historian and journalist, spoke about the note:

Anyone interested in international affairs at the time knew that a serious conflict was in the air somewhere. Russia's radicalism since autumn 2007, and Bucharest is the apogee of verbal aggression by Russia and Putin himself, indicated that something bad is happening around Georgia and Ukraine. You didn't have to be a foreign minister who read the daily notes; you just had to be a good analyst to know it all.

The note of Sikorski's stated directly that Russia is dangerous and threatens Poland as well.

Everything that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Tusk government did at that time contradicts the knowledge that the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs obtained from that ciphertext – he added.
