Dorzeczy(.)pl: The Commander of the Border Guard asked the Ministry of National Defense to move another thousand soldiers to the Polish-Belarusian border.
This information was given during a press conference by the deputy head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Maciej Wąsik . – Belarusian services are trying to damage our wall. They dismantle it with tools and then remove its elements. It would not be possible to cross the border wall without the participation of the Belarusian services, the politician informed.
– After the wall was damaged, the largest number of people who crossed through was 93, of which 88 were detained by the Border Guard. We need more forces on the Polish-Belarusian border.
He stressed that each approach of a group of illegal immigrants to the border is organized by the Belarusian services.
Illegal immigrants are now grouped in or around border posts. – At the moment when the Belarusian side considers it justified to attempt to cross the border, these people are driven directly to the border line – pointed out the Border Guard commander.
Maj. Gen. Tomasz Praga reminded that, as during the 2021 border crisis, nothing that happens on the border with Belarus takes place without Minsk's knowledge.
