Niezalezna(.)pl: The first three planes with passengers evacuated from Israel as part of Operation Neon have already arrived in Poland. Another plane, B-737, is on its way to Israel.
- C-130 Hercules aircraft from the 3rd Transport Aviation Wing and a Boeing 737 from the 1st Transport Aviation Base were involved in the NEON operation. A C-295 CASA aircraft is on standby. Special Forces soldiers provided protection and security - informed the General Command of the Armed Forces.
The operation NEON is not over yet (it may be at the time I write this post). A contingent of up to two hundred soldiers along with B-737, C-130, and C-295 aircraft will be used between October 8-15, 2023.
