Wpolityce(.)pl: The swearing-in ceremony of the new government of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki took place yesterday in the Presidential Palace.
"Mr. Prime Minister, I congratulate you and I am very happy. We are fulfilling the political, historical and constitutional custom by appointing the government of the Republic of Poland after the parliamentary elections, which is formed by the candidate presented by the political camp that won the parliamentary elections. I look at the Prime Minister and the ministers present here with joy. There are two reasons for this. First of all, I know most of you, but I don't know you as ministers, I know you as experts who have so far worked substantively in the second line, performing the tasks entrusted to them" - said President Andrzej Duda .
The head of state expressed satisfaction that there are many women in the new government.
