Niezalezna(.)pl: According to the Ministry of Climate and Environment, Poland has filed a complaint with the Court of Justice of the European Union against Germany for failure to fulfill obligations under EU law.
"for several years, the German side has been avoiding responsibility for cleaning up 35,000 tons of waste that illegally came from Germany to Poland."
In July 2023, the Polish government submitted a complaint to the European Commission "about the passivity of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany in failing to clean up waste that illegally entered Poland".
