After scandalous attempts to take over the public broadcasters by a week-old government, the President of Poland vetoed a temporary budget that included nearly a billion dollars for those institutions (under new management). His reasoning was that the government violated the constitution, and because of that, the money should not be given to them.
In response, the Minister of Culture announced that the public television (TVP), Polish Radio, and Polish Press Agency (PAP) will be liquidated.
That prompted one of the ministers, or his/hers minion, to post this about the president on the government's official account: "maybe he will learn that if you pee in windy weather, do it windward."
