Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki addressed the current head of government regarding the scandal on the Polish-Belarusian border. "The Republic, Mr. Tusk, [...] didn't hear (an explanation) from you why you concealed information about the detention of soldiers serving on the border for two months."
"The Republic of Poland did not hear an apology for the soldiers and officers. We didn't even hear a mention of the fallen soldier."
Polish border defenders who, in March, used weapons against an aggressive mob (around 50) of migrants in order to scare them off. Two soldiers are facing charges.
"The Republic of Poland did not see the resignation of those who were really guilty: the Minister of National Defense and the Minister of Justice. ... Your behavior towards soldiers was a disgrace and today you have adjusted to this low level. Resign!" - Morawiecki appealed to PM Tusk.
