The Bundestag says: "the issue of Polish reparations is closed."

The Bundestag's website has posted information with an answer to the AfD's question regarding reparations for Poland. Once again, the German narrative conveys that "the issue of reparations is now closed."

In 2022, a report was published on Poland's losses due to German aggression and occupation. It shows that Poland's losses from the war unleashed by the Germans amount to PLN 6 trillion, 220 billion, 609 million. Germany, of course, did not intend to pay reparations to Poland, claiming that the matter was already over.

In July, when German Chancellor Olaf Scholz paid a visit to Warsaw, Prime Minister Donald Tusk's statement that "Chancellor Scholz says openly, and it is an advantage of this meeting, that in the formal and legal sense, reparations from Germany's point of view are closed, and there are arguments in favor of this thesis" caused a lot of controversy.

This morning on social media, Aleksandra Fedorska, a journalist from 'Radio Wnet,' published a post:
"The German government responded to interpellations from the AfD, which wanted to know whether the Polish side was making demands regarding reparations. The German government's response: the issue of reparations is closed, ... the Polish side is not making any demands."

PN: No wonder Germans corrupted Polish politics. It costs them a fraction of what they would pay in reparations.
