France decided that in light of what is happening in Ukraine they cannot deliver the first of two assault ships that are being built for #Russia. Until now France insisted they the ship has to be delivered because it was fully paid for. Other European countries call it "$1 Billion Betrayal" since Russia already stated that with such ships instead of weeks they could take over Georgia in just two days.
