More than 15,000 new daily COVID infections in Poland, 596 related deaths


 The Ministry of Health announced that 164 people died due to COVID-19, while 432 people died due to the coexistence of COVID-19 with other diseases. Altogether, there are 596 deaths.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, 4,032,796 cases of the SARS-CoV-2 virus have already been detected. 94,041 people have died from COVID-19.

The highest number of COVID-19 deaths so far during the fourth wave of the pandemic was recorded on Wednesday, December 22. The Ministry of Health then said that 247 people died of COVID-19, and 528 people died due to the coexistence of COVID-19 with other diseases. Altogether, it was 775 deaths.
