"Mass refusal". Dismissal at the highest level of the Belarusian army?

Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine claims that the Chief of the General Staff of Belarusian military resigned.

Last week, there were reports that Belarusian troops had entered the Chernihiv region. In the end, the information was not confirmed, and Alexander Lukashenka sends contradictory signals regarding the extent of the participation of the Belarusian armed forces in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. In recent days, reports surfaced that there are some problems with Belarusian soldiers.  They may have huge moral blocks against attacking Ukrainians. The claims are supported by a document that among other things says:

"In accordance with your order on the formation of strike battalion groups, I report the following: In connection with the massive refusal to participate in the hostilities by the personnel of military units that were to take part in the above-mentioned battalion groups, the Belarusian Armed Forces do not have the capability of completing one group battalion."

"The investigation with units' commanders has not produced results. I have the courage to suppose that replacing the military unit commanders who were unable to organize ground (battle) groups will not produce the results we want."

The letter that also contained the motion to resign, was to be signed by Wiktor Gulewicz, chief of the General Staff of Belarus.
