The Declaration of the Council of Europe signed in Reykjavik includes provisions that war crimes do not have a statute of limitations. According to the deputy head of Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, the declaration not only confirms the unity and solidarity of Europe in the face of Russian aggression, but also sets the course of action for all other countries affected by aggression and creates "serious opportunities for Poland and other countries that were victims of World War II as a result of German aggression. and occupation."
