Yesterday, a march organized by PO and Donald Tusk passed through the streets of Warsaw; It was attended by the leaders of the main opposition groups and some very politicized and active on the social media ... judges.
They may have found themselves in the violation of Article 178 of the Polish constitution that states:
"A judge may not belong to a political party, trade union or conduct public activity incompatible with the principles of independence of the courts and judges".
Those would be the same judges that tell EU that Poland has a problems with "the rule of law." - Priceless.
