The National Prosecutor's Office Investigation Team No. 1 decided to investigate the assassination of the President of the Republic of Poland and the Polish State.
The investigation team received the Subcommittee's notification of the crime (...) The Prosecutor's Office, following the verification procedure and evaluation of the collected evidence, decided to investigate the assassination on the President of the Republic of Poland and the Polish State. In addition, after analyzing the content of the Notification and the attachments attached to it, including the Subcommittee's Report and other materials analyzed and produced by the Subcommittee in the current term of office, it found it justified to use these documents as evidence in further proceedings.
