Translation of the Press Release by Izera: As a result of the tender procedure conducted by the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSEZ) and the Jaworzno City Hall, ElectroMobility Poland SA (EMP) will become the owner of a plot of land with an area of 117 ha (289 acres), located in the Jaworzno Economic Area (JOG).
The selection of Jaworzno for the future Izera factory was dictated by the specificity of the future investment areas, including proximity to potential suppliers of parts and components located in the region, good infrastructure, scientific resources of Silesian universities, as well as adequate facilities enabling the recruitment of competent and experienced plant employees.
The Jizera factory in Jaworzno will consist of a welding plant, a paint plant, and an assembly plant.
