Defence24(.)pl: Three Su-34 frontline bombers were shot down by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the night of December 22 in a "southern direction," said the commander of the Ukrainian Air Force.
The planes almost certainly landed behind Russian lines, so it will be difficult to confirm this success for now.
Some Russian sources claim that one Su-34 was lost. Other sources report that "it was certainly not one plane."
The Russians claim that their bomber (or bombers) fell victim to the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system.
