France wants to change the Polish energy sector

The French do not give up in the game for nuclear power in Poland. France can help to build the foundation of Poland's energy strategy until 2040 with their participation.  The decision may be made soon in the face of favorable trends in Europe - writes BiznesAlert.pl.

On February 2, the head of the French EDF, Jean-Bernard Levy, will meet with the government plenipotentiary for strategic energy infrastructure, Piotr Naimski, and the minister of climate and environment, Michał Kurtyka.

The Polish Press Agency also reported that on February 2, Poland would also be visited by the French Minister of Trade and Investments, Franck Riester, who will meet the Minister of Climate.

The French side counts on closer Polish-French cooperation in the energy, telecommunications, and transport sectors.
