The EC initiates the procedure against Poland, sharp answer from the Ministry of Justice

On Wednesday, the European Commission launched an infringement procedure in connection with the Act on disciplinary measures for judges. "The Ministry of Justice expects that the European Commission will stop abusing its powers and will not usurp competences that the Polish state has not transferred to it" - replies the Polish ministry.

"The launch  of a procedure by the European Commission against Poland is completely groundless. The European Commission has no authority to interfere in matters of the justice system, because shaping this area of legislation is the exclusive domain of the Member States of the European Union" - reads a statement from the Ministry of Justice.

"The European Commission is not entitled to question the Act adopted by the Polish Parliament and signed by the President of the Republic on December 20, 2019 amending the law on the structure of common courts and the Supreme Court and other laws that guarantees constitutional order in the administration of justice "- emphasizes the resort.

"The EC's position is also based on the false thesis that the Act of 20 December 2019 limits the right of judges to ask questions for a preliminary ruling in the field covered by EU law. In fact, there are no such restrictions in this Act. In turn, the EC's reference to an article 19 of the EU Treaty is all the more unjustified because the German Constitutional Court has spoken on this subject twice in 2009 and 2019. It stated that, despite the functioning of this provision, the organization of the judiciary is the sole competence of individual Member States," explains the Ministry of Justice. "The scope of obligations imposed on Member States in matters of the organization of justice cannot be arbitrarily extended by the Europen Court of Justice rulings, as there is no democratic legitimacy of the Court of Justice to issue decisions in this area," he added.

"The Ministry of Justice expects the European Commission to stop abusing its powers and not to usurp competences that the Polish state has not delegated to it. The more that the Commission respects the sovereignty of Germany and other EU Member States in this respect."

The emergency announced 46 days ago is in fact a State of Emergency, in which the government has granted itself unlimited prerogatives, and thus abolished the democratic control of parliament, subjugated the judiciary and governs with the help of decrees and limits civil rights and freedoms. 

- How? 
- By censoring the media, social networks and even messengers like WhatsApp, which I experience myself. 

- Do people rebel against government restrictions? 
- They can't rebel because the government keeps people locked down in their homes until May 9. Sanchez's government at first disregarded the epidemic for a long time, later it was late in adopting the most basic preventive measures, and finally gave the Spaniards the most severe regime announced anywhere in the world in connection with the epidemic. People can leave their homes only if they can present a "work pass" proving that they go to work, they need to see a doctor, pharmacy or the nearest store. Starting this Monday, after 41 days of the lockdown, one parent can take one child for an hour walk. Let's compare, for example, the most important indicator, a mortality rate: in Poland we have 14 dead per million inhabitants, in Spain 720 per million inhabitants, and in the Madrid region alone 1,500 per million. These are colossal losses, unimaginable for us so far. But right next to that is a rising number of unemployed: already 9 million. 

-You're talking about victims. It's mostly older people, what is the age range? 
- Spain belongs to the "oldest" nations in Europe, hence the loses are more abundant. The mortality from COVID-19 reaches 3.11 percent there, while for younger countries, like Poland, this indicator is at the level of 0.66 percent. Yes, over 90 percent of the dead are people over 80, but almost every day the media report the death of a policeman, doctor or nurse because permanent exposure in the front line of the fight and lack of basic preventive equipment leads to unnecessary tragedies.

- During today's conference, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced the next stage of economic loosening. Some say it's too fast. 
- I have a slightly different perspective because I follow life closely in Spain and spend a few hours every day talking to the Spaniards: journalists, professors and even MPs from the VOX party, whom I interviewed for Do Rzeczy before. Poland seems to be a different planet for them, really. I am not surprised that we were placed among the safest countries in the world in the Oxford University ranking. The Polish government has taken key strategic decisions right on time, something that saved us from such dynamics of illness as it happened in Spain. 

If the government monitors the situation with the same care and consciousness as has been the case from the beginning, I think we have nothing to worry about. I know that the four stages of our opening aroused admiration and not only on the "right" side of Spain. The Spanish government is just beginning to make plans, but it seems that there is permanent chaos management in progress by the philosopher, because I would like to remind you that the Spanish Health Minister Salvador Illa has nothing to do with medicine. My experience with Spain and daily immersion in the world of the local media give me a sense of security and even pride, hence I believe that we have matured to the announced loosening in the rhythm provided for by the government.

- Who copes better with a pandemic. Poland or Spain? 
- I believe that the numbers speak for themselves. In a situation where Spain, even after the "murderous" 46 days of the state of emergency and locking the nation "at home", reports around 300 deaths per day, that means, it still pays such huge costs for neglect from the first stage of the pandemic. It is easy to compare, because it is about the reaction of countries since the detection of patient "0" and deceased number "1", and it turns out that the Polish government has adopted the maximum efforts even before we had the first deceased, and the Spanish government not only took an active part in propagating the virus by encouraging multi-million demonstrations in Spain's largest cities on March 8, but it acted only after those "biological bombs" went off when there were 30 dead and hundreds of thousands infected. Until the very last moment people were deceived to carry out ideological marches, hence on March 6 the government stopped publishing official data on infections and deaths.  

I would not have flown to Madrid to see those demonstrations if the government did not cheat on the epidemic and did not lie that it was just a light "flu". I took photos, collected material for the article in complete ignorance of the fact that I am in a crowd of hundreds of infected people and I will pay for it (luckily I had some light symptoms and got sick in quarantine). My personal reflections will probably surprise many, and maybe even enrage, but I think that the actions taken by our (Polish) government give them high marks on both the ability to assess the situation and the measures taken. We were not famous for health tourism like Spain, the state of our health care system has always been bad, even terrifying, we are a much poorer country and yet we are not affected by this drama of watching thousands of coffins of our countrymen. Each of us can order or buy a mask, something that is impossible to do for millions of Spaniards. Let's stop complaining for once, because our situation is incomparable to the tragic situation in which millions of Spaniards found themselves. 

- Many medical professionals complain about the lack of protective equipment. Is Spain also facing such problem? 
- I hear all the time that there is a lack of basic protective equipment, which is why, according to available data, medical personnel in Spain was one of the most infected in the world. It was said that at some point it was as much as 15 percent. Now the situation is a little better, because finally masks or aprons became available. During the pandemic peak, when 900 people died a day, we could see doctors clothed in garbage bags, and in some hospitals they had to use one mask for up to 2 weeks, although of course they were not allowed to complain about that to the media.

Poland: many restrictions disappear

Restrykcje poszły za daleko?

Prokurator Generalny Stanów Zjednoczonych, Bill Barr, nakazał swoim podwładnym aby dokładniej przyglądali się nakazom zostania w domu wydanym przez lokalne władze lub samorządy aby się upewnić czy nie idą one za daleko ograniczając konstytucyjne prawa obywateli. 

Dzieje się tak po coraz częstszych zastrzeżeniach obywateli wobec daleko idących, czasem nawet zbędnych, ograniczeń. Ograniczenia te często przyczyniają się do masowych zwolnień i gwałtownego wzrostu bezrobocia w kraju. Krytycy twierdzą, że partia Demokratyczna próbuje skorzystać z okazji aby polepszyć szanse swojego kandydata na prezydenta.

Unwanted elections

In the United States liberals worry that Trump may delay "Election Day", in Poland they worry that the Presidential Elections will take place exactly on time, May 10th. The difference? In Poland, if the elections happen in May liberals will lose, big time. Not just big time. Their loss may be so big that some opposition parties may simply dissolve. The leading opposition party's candidate is doing so badly that she literally in the last place in the latest polls. For that very reason she now calls for a boycott of the elections. 

The things go so bad for the liberals and socialists that while they claim to defend democracy and the constitution they actually demand that the government invokes the State of Emergency so the elections could be rescheduled for 6 months. That would not only give them a better chance to win - bad news for the government because of the pandemic might be good for them - but also it may make the president powerless because his longer term might be de-legitimized. Complicated? That's the point.

In Poland reopening means new challenges

With 11,761 confirmed cases and 539 total deaths Poland is doing much better than most of the Western countries. That gives them confidence that they can begin easing restrictions imposed over a month ago. Even German politicians are asking to ease restrictions on cross-border travel. There were even protests over the weekend of the workers who demonstrated against rules that prevent them from going to work on a daily basis.

However the reopening means new challenges. Capt. Jacek Siewiera, PhD in medical sciences from the Military Institute of Medicine, in charge of military medical assistance-training mission in Chicago who also commanded earlier assistance activities in Italian Lombardy, when asked by the Polish Press agency, what conclusions from the current activities may already be forwarded back home, he assessed that Poland, compared to other countries, is in a good situation when it comes to measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. 

- The right decisions meant that we quickly introduced social restrictions and the level of horizontal transmission of the virus is not high - noted the captain.  - My advice would be to choose a very transparent strategy to move away from social restrictions while very much involved in the development of infrastructure that will ensure proper treatment for patients dying from COVID-19, because the wave of cases will definitely take place - emphasized Siewiera. - With each loosening of the rules of social distance, we will have to face another wave of illness - he added.

He emphasized, however, it is impossible to function with full social and economic restrictions. - I am in favor of letting the time that has been given to us with the right decisions that were taken at the right time and with a great discipline of Poles be used well. We have a duty to use this time to prepare ourselves properly for an increase in the number of infections - said Siewiera. He added that it is not only about the proper preparation of the health care system, but the entire public apparatus. - This is not a task that only health care can handle. For this you need to use the military, police, fire departments, and all other services - he noted.

Poland: 11,395 infections, 535 deaths

The number of diagnosed COVID-19 patients increased to 11,395 after 122 new cases were detected. Two more people died overnight for a total of 535 deaths - the Polish Ministry of Health said on Sunday. Currently, 2,749 people are hospitalized in connection with the coronavirus, almost 80 thousand people are quarantined and 19,000 are under epidemiological supervision. Almost 2,300 thousand recovered - announced on Sunday morning the Ministry of Health. 

So far, 290,600 coronavirus tests were performed of which over 11,600 in the last 24 hours. The Ministry reported that from the total of 290,633 samples tested, a negative result was found in 279,238 cases. A positive result confirming infection was obtained in 11,395 diagnostic tests.

- Later, in the third stage, we will open school gyms, sports halls, enclosed facilities - with a maximum of 6 people practicing a given discipline while maintaining sanitary requirements, - he explained. - In the fourth stage, gyms, fitness rooms, dance rooms, bowling alleys - places where everyone is closer together - he added.

Polityczni komentatorzy zaczynają także pytać jak to się stało, ze USA musza tak bardzo polegać na imporcie koniecznych artykułów z Chin. Zaczynają też coraz poważniej przyglądać się tzw. elitom, klasie rządzącej i politykom takim jak Joe Biden którzy, oni lub ich rodziny, podobno bardzo się wzbogacili na kontaktach z Chinami. Wszystko wskazuje na to, ze okres który nastąpi po przejściu epidemii będzie bardzo interesujący.

Even "science" could be inconvenient

In little over two weeks by Polish law, there should be presidential elections in Poland. There are just two problems, though. First, obviously we have a pandemic so the elections are virtually impossible to organize. Second, the candidates from the opposition parties performed so badly that their chances are low.

- Poland now has 10,759 infections and 463 related deaths.

To solve the first problem the government proposed that this year the elections would be totally a vote-by-mail. As we all know, in the United States the vote-by-mail is something that the Democratic party heavily promotes as "super democratic" yet in Poland, since even that form of voting won't change the outcome, suddenly, vote-by-mail is a "totalitarian", "fascist" and "is making a mockery out of what should be a free and fair election" - direct quote from the Bloomberg's piece published yesterday. 

The so called "total opposition" parties went as far as to claim that vote-by-mail is dangerous to voters' health because the envelopes in which the ballot will arrive may also bring the Coronavirus. Something that is in direct contradiction to their "scientific approach" to just about everything else (global warming, pregnancy, sex education, and so on), because even the World Health Organization just declared that the risk of infection by handling mail is low.

W USA mamy już ponad 840 tysięcy zarażeń i prawie 47 tysięcy zgonów.

Większość tych którzy zmarli w wyniku zakażenia cierpiało na cukrzyce. 

Z tych którzy trafili do szpitala ze względu na zakażenie 12 procent musiało korzystać z wentylatorów a z tej grupy 88 procent zmarło.

Wszystko to jest bardzo niepokojące.

Facebook paid just $34.58 million (£28 million) in corporation tax in the UK in 2018 despite record sales of $1.98 (£1.6 billion) according to the latest account on the U.K.’s Companies House.

"It is obvious that those who do not pay taxes are guilty not only of crime but even murder. If there are not enough beds and respirators, that's because of them," wrote Fabio Fazio in La Repubblica.

The news coming from Poland are getting darker by a day. Believe it or not coronavirus is just one of the problems they are facing. The second one is a drought. They didn't get any snow this winter, usually they get similar weather as New England, and now no rain this month. That will, and already is, cause the third problem, forest fires. Even as I write this, the Biebrza National Park is burning and because the forest “floor” is dry the firefighters are losing this fight.

As of today Poland has 10,034 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 404 related deaths. 

The scale of the increase in coronavirus incidence is stable, between 300 and 400 cases a day, which means that we managed to limit horizontal transmission - said Ministry of Health spokesman Wojciech Andrusiewicz. - There is no direct transmission from person to person on the street - he added.

Poland Strives To Save As Many Jobs As Possible, Wants A New Marshal

The government, along with social partners, will make all possible efforts to help Polish companies pass safely through the turbulent times of the epidemic and save as many jobs as possible - Polish PM Mateusz Mateusz Morawiecki told a Tuesday press conference.

He added that reports by major international institutions show that Poland is harnessing one of the highest percentages of GDP to save jobs and support entrepreneurs.

I spoke to the head of the European Commission about the flexibility of instruments intended for saving jobs - said Morawiecki.

I appealed for new funds. Our activities are safe, but we have a long way to go to develop the right economic policy. Europe needs a new Marshall plan to save jobs - he added.

According to Business Insider Denmark and Poland are refusing to bail out companies registered in offshore tax havens. They are the first to exclude firms that incorporate themselves in tax havens, meaning they can avoid domestic business taxes. Poland also urges tax haven crackdown to fund EU virus recovery.

Poland has 166 new cases and 2 new deaths which brings it to the totals of 9453/362.

Polish government is very concerned that the values of many businesses have dropped significantly they became the targets for takeovers by foreign investors. They plan to make that difficult. The list is being formed which will contain the names of the companies that cannot be sold without the government's approval. The companies that face financial difficulties will also have an option to quickly suspend trading of their stock. The final plan will be announced later this week.

Poland has recently received a shipment of 30 million face masks, 10 million of latex gloves and 1 million of medical uniforms. Poland is buying this equipment in China, Turkey and other countries while trying in a matter of weeks to start the production locally as well.

The British government says that pubs may be closed until Christmas. 

In last 24 hours 399 people have died in Spain which is the lowest number since March 22nd.

Italy is planning to lift some restrictions. The phase II will start on May 4th.

After today's phone conversation between President Trump and President Duda Poland will send military/medical mission to Chicago. Their task will be to provide help and gain hands-on experience in treating patients infected with coronavirus.

Oczywiście Trump nie pozostaje dłużny i tweetuje takie has-la jak: "Uwolnić Minnesote!", "Uwolnić Michigan!", czy ""Uwolnić Wirginie!".

Niestety mamy coraz więcej sygnałów z różnych stanów (w tym także naszego), że większość osób które straciły prace przez epidemie nie dostała jeszcze zasiłków bezrobotnych lub te zasiłki zostały im odmówione. Zasiłki dla bezrobotnych leżą w gestii rządów stanowych ale ich nie wypłacanie zaczyna dziwić ponieważ rzad federalny przeznaczył na to ogromne sumy. Czyli, ze pieniądze są brak tylko chęci do ich szybkiego przekazania ludziom korzy cierpią. Ci sami gubernatorzy którzy nie wiedza jak naprawić zaistniałą sytuacje (lub im sie do tego nie spieszy) znajdują czas na krytykę rzadu federalnego i Trumpa. Pomimo, także rzad federalny już w zasadzie (ciągu 1,5 tygodnia) wypłacił wszystkim jednorazowa pomoc finansowa w wysokości 1200 dolarów na głowę. 

Trudno nie dojść do wniosku, że w wewnętrznej polityce amerykańskiej dzieje się coś niedobrego. "Im gorzej, tym lepiej?"

For EU politics are more important than human lives

The European Union was super late with its reaction to the pandemic. Now, that the eurocrats finally come up with a response what they want is not only "recovery package" (while keeping the Green Deal intact) but also more power for themselves and their own interpretation of "rule of law" in Poland and Hungary. 

Below is a text of their "resolution" I lifted from the EU's official website. But, if you want a short version here are the major points:

• EU Coronavirus Solidarity Fund
• Greater powers for EU to act in the case of cross-border health threats
• Borders must be kept open for essential goods
• Coordinated post-lockdown approach needed
• State of rule of law and democracy in COVID-19 Europe: Hungary, Poland
• European information source to counter disinformation

Three out of those six points make my blood boil. It seems that helping those in need is not as important. What is important is scoring political points. More power to the bureaucrats because they did such a "good job" so far. 

We can't forget criticizing Poland's government that is trying to fulfill its (constitutional) obligation to elect the next president and avoid political crises. The EU's biggest problem with Poland is while the EU is run by the Left, Poland is governed by the Right and that is why they can't help themselves when the opportunity arrives. As simple as that. 

The last bullet point is just as bad. The EU wants to silence its critics and the best way to do it is to lock them out of social media even though it's already being done. Censorship with capital 'C'.

As of today Poland has 8,563 cases of coronavirus and 339 related deaths. It is one of the smallest numbers per million (8/mil) in European Union. 2,725 people are hospitalized and 981 cured.

MEPs want to see a massive recovery package to support the European economy after the COVID-19 crisis, including recovery bonds guaranteed by the EU budget.

In a resolution adopted on Friday, Parliament welcomes the EU’s fiscal measures and liquidity support to address the pandemic. Beyond what is already being done, Europe needs a massive recovery and reconstruction package to be financed by an increased long-term budget (MFF), existing EU funds and financial instruments, as well as “recovery bonds” guaranteed by the EU budget, MEPs say. It should not, however, involve the mutualisation of existing debt, but focus on future investment. The European Green Deal and the digital transformation should be at its core in order to kick-start the economy, MEPs stress.

EU Coronavirus Solidarity Fund
MEPs also call for a permanent European Unemployment Reinsurance Scheme and want to establish an EU Coronavirus Solidarity Fund of at least EUR 50 billion. This fund would support the financial efforts undertaken by the healthcare sectors in all member states during the current crisis, as well as future investments in order to make healthcare systems more resilient and focused on those most in need.

Greater powers for EU to act in the case of cross-border health threats
Joint European action to combat the COVID-19 pandemic is indispensable, the resolution states. Not only must the European Union emerge stronger from this crisis, its institutions should also be empowered to act when cross-border health threats arise. This would enable them to coordinate the response at European level without delay, and direct the necessary resources to where they are most needed, be they material like face masks, respirators and medicines or financial aid.

MEPs also voice their support for increasing EU production of key products such as medicines, pharmaceutical ingredients, medical devices, equipment and materials, to be better prepared for future global shocks.

Borders must be kept open for essential goods
They insist that borders within the EU must be kept open to ensure that medicines and protective equipment, medical devices, food and essential goods can circulate. The EU’s single market is the source of “our collective prosperity” and key to the immediate and continuous response to COVID-19, MEPs stress.

Parliament also calls for the creation of a European Health Response Mechanism, to ensure a better response to any type of health or sanitary crisis in the future. Common equipment, material and medicine stocks could be quickly mobilised to save lives. MEPs also want to see additional EU funding to finance speedy research to find a vaccine.

Coordinated post-lockdown approach needed
MEPs further underline the need for a coordinated post-lockdown approach in the EU, in order to avoid a resurgence of the virus. They urge EU countries to jointly develop criteria for lifting the quarantine and other emergency measures, and ask the European Commission to launch an effective exit strategy that includes largescale testing and personal protective equipment for the largest possible number of citizens.

State of rule of law and democracy in COVID-19 Europe: Hungary, Poland
MEPs also voice strong concerns regarding steps taken by the Hungarian government to prolong the country’s state of emergency indefinitely, to rule by decree without a time limit and to weaken the parliamentary emergency oversight. Furthermore, they highlight that the Polish government’s decision to change the electoral code is unlawful and consider holding presidential elections in the middle of a pandemic to be totally incompatible with European values.

They call on the European Commission to urgently assess whether the emergency measures taken are in line with the EU Treaties, and to make use of all available EU tools and sanctions to address this serious and persistent breach, including budgetary ones. The Council shall put the discussions and procedures related to the ongoing Article 7 procedures against Poland and Hungary back on its agenda.

European information source to counter disinformation
Finally, the resolution stresses that disinformation about COVID-19 is a major public health problem. The EU should therefore establish a European information source to ensure that all citizens have access to accurate and verified information. MEPs also call on social media companies to proactively take the necessary measures to stop disinformation and hate speech related to the coronavirus.

Biały Dom opublikował 3-stopniowy plan otwarcia Ameryki dla całego kraju i stanów. Trump zaznaczył, ze indywidualne decyzje otwarcia poszczególnych stanów zależą od ich gubernatorów, ale eksperci konstytucyjni zaznaczają, że to co się dzieje pomiędzy stanami, tzw. "interstate commerce" leży wyłącznie w gestii rządu federalnego czyli Kongresu lub Prezydenta. Gubernatorzy stanów leżących na północnym-wschodzie (Nowy Jork, Nowe Jersey i Connecticut) najwyraźniej zapomnieli o tym punkcie w Konstytucji ogłaszając, że będą koordynować miedzy (interstate) sobą otwieranie swoich stanów. 

Okazuje się, że zarówno USA jak i Kanada finansowały prace instytutu w Wuhan podejrzewanego teraz o bycie źródłem zarazy.

Giełda poszła w gore po ogłoszeniu planu Trumpa a także informacji, że lekarstwo wyprodukowane przez Gilead Sciences pokazuje obiecujące wyniki.

Poland is easing restrictions

Starting on April 20 some coronavirus restrictions in Poland are either lifted or eased. 

New rules for stores (grocery) and services: for up to 1,100 sq. ft. - 4 people per one cash register.  For bigger stores the rule is 1 person per each 160 sq. ft.

Recreational walking and running is allowed with use of face mask and social distancing (6ft).  The forests and parks are now open.

Participation in religious ceremonies is allowed - 1 person / 160 sq. ft.

Youth above 13 years of age can move around without adult supervision.

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki officially sent a letter to the management board of the Polish Post Office regarding the commencement of preparations for vote-by-mail for presidential elections in May.

As of today Poland has 296 new cases and 4 new deaths. The total number of cases is now 8,214 with 318 total deaths, 2,673 people are hospitalized while 138,000 are under quarantine. 26,000 people recovered. 

Następny rekordowy dzień

Dzisiaj mamy już 2,078,277 zarażeń na świecie z czego w USA jest 640 tysięcy i 31 tysięcy zgonów. Już ponad 5 milionów Amerykanów jest bez pracy. W stanie Michigan doszło do rewolty po wprowadzeniu przez gubernatora dużych ograniczeń w poruszaniu się, w tym także a powiatach gdzie liczba zarażeń jest bardzo mała. Rewolta spowodowana jest uzasadnionymi obawami, ze raz stracone stanowisko pracy moze już nigdy nie wrócić. Coraz więcej ludzi jest przekonanych, że gubernatorzy z partii Demokratycznej celowo i bez powodów zamykają cale sektory gospodarki aby doprowadzić do kryzysu ekonomicznego i zrzucenie całej winy za powstałą sytuacje na Trumpa. Tradycyjnie bowiem prezydent który jest obwiniany za złą gospodarkę nie ma szans na następną kadencje. 

USA stoi tez przed widmem kryzysu konstytucyjnego gdzie Trump grozi wysłaniem Kongresu na "wakacje" (reces) aby moc powołać nowych członków do administracji. Trump twierdzi, ze konstytucyjnie ma do tego prawo tym bardziej, że Demokraci w Kongresie celowo blokują te nominacje aby utrudnić mu prace. Według niego od początku prezydentury już kilkaset osób zostało zablokowanych.

Niestety wygląda tez na to, że Demokraci chętnie bronią Chiny przed zarzutami o celowe ukrywanie prawdy o epidemii. Pentagon twierdzi, że nawet teraz Chiny nie dzielą się swoją wiedzą z resztą świata. W miedzy czasie amerykański wywiad donosi o wzmożonej aktywności na chińskich poligonach, wykonywane są także testy nuklearne o malej sile.

7,771 cases of coronavirus

As of today, 4/16/20, Poland has 7,771 (380 news) cases of coronavirus and 292 related deaths.

It is expected, according to the Institute for Health and Evaluation from University of Washington, that Poland will see a peak around April 27th and the daily number of deaths will reach 72. According to Institute's projections by July a total number of deaths may reach 2,500. At this point the daily number of deaths is still growing and now is at 23.

In Lithuania a whole town, Niemenczyn, with a population of 5,000, half of which are Lithuanian-Poles, was placed under quarantine after 20 residents were diagnosed with the virus.

Polish police routinely converts illegally produced and distributed alcohol that was seized during the investigations of into disinfecting solution.

Poland is now conducting 12.5k coronavirus tests a day for a total of 169k so far.

Docierają do nas sygnały, że te liczby mogą być zawyżone ponieważ zawierają zgony osób które zmarły z innych przyczyn niż wirus ale były zarażone. Trump zawiesił wczoraj finansowanie Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia za postawienie politycznej poprawności ponad troską o życie i udzielenie pomocy Chinom w ukryciu prawdziwej sytuacji w tym kraju. Trump poinformował także o rozpoczęciu 60-dniowego śledztwa w tej sprawie. Zawieszenie finansowania spotkało się z ostra krytyką ze strony partii Demokratycznej oraz Unii Europejskiej.

Według FoxNews brytyjski rząd także zaczyna przychylać się do teorii o odpowiedzialności Chin za źródło pandemii. 

Były szef Federalnej Agencji Żywności i Leków stwierdził, że gdyby Chiny zareagowały szybciej to liczba ofiar epidemii wynosiła by 5 procent tego co mamy na dzień dzisiejszy.

Michelle Obama popiera głosowanie korespondencyjne

Michelle Obama ma zamiar poprzeć plan rozszerzenia głosowania korespondencyjnego związany z epidemią Koronawirusa, w Ameryce.

Dla Demokratów to jest bardzo ważne bo wszyscy czekali na to kiedy w końcu były prezydent z małżonką zdecydują się na wyjście z cienia by oficjalnie poprzeć kandydaturę Joe Bidena.

"Nie ma żadnego politykierstwa w dążeniu do wywiązania się z obietnicy danej naszemu narodowi rozszerzenia demokracji którą wszyscy bardzo cenimy, obietnicy obrony naszych sąsiadów, przyjaciół i ukochanych gdy korzystają z tej cechy amerykańskiego stylu życia." - napisała była pierwsza dama.

Ciekawe co na to powie Totalna Opozycja w Polsce bo wygląda na to, że mają "mały kłopot". Tym bardziej, że zarówno Totalna Opozycja w Polsce jak i w Ameryce jest finansowana przez tych samych ludzi.
