All military attachés accredited in Warsaw have been invited to the Ministry of National Defense to show them what is happening on the Polish-Belarusian border and explain the entire context, Deputy Minister of MoD, Marcin Ociepa, informed on Tuesday.
On Monday morning, the media published information about a large group of migrants planning to cross the Belarusian border with Poland. Migrants are located near the border crossing in Kuźnica. The latest information and video materials published, among others by the Ministry of Defense show that they are trying to enter the territory of Poland by force.
"All attachés accredited in Warsaw were invited to the Ministry of National Defense to show them what is happening on the Polish-Belarusian border, to show them these videos (recordings from the border - PAP), to explain the entire context to them. Wherever we meet with ministers or diplomats from other countries, we show what we are dealing with, because it is indeed a new phenomenon," - Deputy Minister said on Tuesday on television station 'TVP 1.'
"We are watched by the staff of the Russian and Belarusian services behind this operation, this is how you should look at it. This is a hybrid war; testing the Polish state on many levels - administration, opposition, media, NGOs. Monitoring and picking up weak points and then more strikes - maybe this year, maybe next - on those weaknesses of those politicians or journalists who allowed themselves to be provoked."
