On Sunday, the head of Polish diplomacy engaged in an exchange of words with Elon Musk and Marco Rubio on Platform X. Radosław Sikorski's words caused an unnecessary row that could lower Poland's rank in relations with the US and pose a threat to Polish security policy.
Sending signals that Poland is a country hostile to the United States, looking for an argument, and trying to ridicule that country's government and its military effort is a serious security risk.
While it shows a childish behavior of a once serious contender for presidency it gives other Polish politicians a pause. Some even think it's purposeful.
The president of the TV Republika television station noted that all of Radosław Sikorski's previous attacks are aimed at the US, not Russia.
"This action borders on treason," he concluded.
PN: Sikorski's actions are deeply troubling. The man calls his political opponents Putin's agents while he still hasn't accounted for his support of Reset with Russia under previous Tusk's administration.
