Deputy Minister of Justice broke the law of "election silence"

Deputy Minister of Justice in Donald Tusk's government Arkadiusz Myrcha published a graphic around 6 a.m. (local time) today encouraging people to vote for a specific candidate. The blatant violation of the "election silence" was immediately noticed by internet users. Myrcha eventually, after 3 hours, removed the graphic and apologized on X/Twitter, explaining that it was all due to an error loading the graphics.

In comment one journalist ask a simple question: "Arek, with all due respect, but if you are unable to ensure that election graphics are not posted or encouraged to share them more than six hours after the election silence begins, how do you intend to effectively be the deputy minister of justice?"

The conservative media call it an incredible scandal, and it is.

PN: Please rest assured that if anyone else did that, they would receive a hefty fine.  What are the chances that the Minister of Justice will be fined? Will see.

BTW, I am not operating in Poland, so I can do whatever I want and even try to make you vote for my candidate.
