Today, the official swearing-in of Karol Nawrocki as President of Poland took place in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
A delegation from US President Donald Trump attended the inauguration ceremony of Karol Nawrocki at the Sejm. "We congratulate President Karol Nawrocki and express our hope for further deepening of close cooperation between Poland and the US," reads a statement from the US Embassy in Poland.
Matthew Schlapp, CPAC organizer and president of the American Conservative Union, also attended the ceremony.
One of his posts on X read: "We are celebrating democracy in Poland in the parliament, where Karol Nawrocki takes the oath. Poles took to the streets to ensure a smooth transition of power. It is an honor to be part of President Trump's delegation."
