The prosecutor's office, still headed by Adam Bodnar, has charged former Minister of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak with exceeding his authority for declassifying, as Minister of National Defense, fragments of the Plan for the Use of the Polish Armed Forces (WARTA-00101) in July 2023 and publicly disclosing them in September 2023. This plan is a 2011 document concerning methods of defense against a potential Russian attack. Błaszczak then revealed that the Civic Platform party, during its rule, planned to defend the country along the Vistula River in the event of an invasion and surrender half of the country to the attacker.
Shocking facts were also revealed in the documentary series "Reset." The indictment included the series' co-creator, Sławomir Cenckiewicz, currently head of the National Security Bureau.
Agnieszka Glapiak, the current chairwoman of the National Broadcasting Council, and Piotr Z. (formerly director of the Ministry of National Defense's Strategy and Planning Department) are also expected to be charged.
PN: The government's actions won't erase the fact that we now know what they were planning. To me, and there are others like me, they were about to commit treason.
