The Lawyers for Poland Association has prepared its sixth report on threats to the rule of law in Poland. The document was to be presented to the European Parliament. As it turned out, upon learning of this, Brussels officials withdrew the invitation to the association's representatives.
Last Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the European Parliament withdrew invitations for Supreme Court judges Prof. Paweł Czubik and Prof. Kamil Zaradkiewicz. This decision was made after it emerged that Prof. Paweł Czubik, a board member of the Lawyers for Poland Association, planned to present a report documenting the unlawful actions of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek during the conference, the association announced on social media.
